Notes
- Add some seasonally fresh tomatoes, carrots, or any other vegetables you like
ingredients:
- 1-2 Yellow Squash
- 1-2 Zucchini
- 1 onion
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1 pack of Cremini mushrooms
- 2 gloves of garlic
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- A Dash of Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Slice the squash and Zucchini into cube sized pieces.
- Chop the bell peppers
- Dice 1 large onion
- Rough chop the mushrooms
- In a large mixing bowl add your ingredents and mix throughly
- Place ingredents into a aluminum foil packet and cook of the grill for 30 minutes.
