]]> Transplant sales begin April 1st and will run till May 31st or until Sold Out.

Transplants Include:

Tomato: Cherokee Purple, Brandywine, Black Cherry, Rutgers (Organic), and Amish Paste

Squash: Yellow Crooked Neck Squash, Zucchini, and Butternut Squash (End of May)

Cucumbers: Pickling Variety

Peppers: Bell peppers, Jalapeno, and Hot Banana Varieties

Lettuce: Head Lettuce Pack (Romaine, Iceberg, 2 different Butterheads) and Leaf Lettuce Pack (Green/Red)

Salad Bowl Planters: These planters consist of leaf lettuce, mustard greens, kale, spinach, radishes, and green onions. The planter comes with The Planted Planting Pamphlet, a grow guide to the Salad Bowl Planter. This guide comes with tips, tricks, and a secret seed pack to plant once the Salad Bowl Planter has bolted (come to seed).

At the end of May there will be pumpkin transplants available.

Varieties include Cinderella (Gray/Pink or White), Jack B Littles (Orange, Yellow, Striped), Fall Gourds (Yellow/Green Striped and Striped Squash), and Small White Pumpkins.

These pumpkins were grown in the sink hole at the farm where we harvested the seeds for the coming years. October is a special time at Planted The Market Farm, and we love to embrace the season of Halloween.

For the 2025 season, Planted is offering a twist on the original CSA Harvest Box. New additions will include sourdough treats such as whole loaf bread, focaccia, rolls, and much more.

Additions to the Program:

  • All Harvest Boxes from May 16th through September 16th will include fresh flower bouquets from the farm. Bouquet selections will vary weekly as the season progresses. Flowers varieties will include Zinnias, Poppy flowers, Paper Daisys, Nasturtium, Yarrow, and multiple sunflower varieties.
  • Harvest Box Members will have first choice during the pumpkin harvest (late September - early October) before the public sale.
  • Harvest Box members will have the first choice of vegetable transplants. Available in the Spring through communications with the farmer. (Seasonal transplants are only available at the Market and Simply Mulch locations)
  • Fresh fruit when available. Through the summer months, Harvest Box members can expect seasonal fruit courtesy of Planted The Market Farm including Black berries, grapes, watermelon, and cantaloupe.
  • Harvest Box members will receive Holiday-themed craft goods when available. (Halloween/Christmas).
  • Harvest Box members will have first access to Planted merchandise before public release.
  • Harvest Box members will receive weekly updates direct from the farmer regarding fresh produce availability.
